Nope! We’ll guide you through it step by step.
Absolutely! The only thing that cannot be refunded is the $13 credit card processing fee, if paying with a credit card. As long as you make contact with us and we confirm your cancellation at least 12 days prior to the camp, you will get a refund. If you cancel less than 12 days prior to camp then you will receive a 50% refund.
Yay! We are SO excited to see you at the Summit! Now you can click the My Library tab at the top of the website and it may prompt you to login (if you aren't already). Then you will click on the MedEx Professionalism Summit Course to find all of the required student forms and Future Healthcare Pro Starter Kit which should be completed at least 5 days prior to the summit. Please reach out to us at 913-832-0380 or email [email protected] if you are having any trouble accessing the forms, or if you need help resetting your password!
The 3 required forms cover student information, Resume/CV submission (if you would like to have individualized feedback), and the student conduct agreement.
