The MedEx Summer Camp consists of a variety of different hands-on workshops. It has a similar structure to medical conferences.

Medex Summer Camp is perfect for students who are interested in learning more about healthcare, or for students who already know they are interested and want to set themselves apart from other people by having the opportunity to gain a more clear understanding and have healthcare leadership experience which can be extremely hard to find! The ideal student will come in with a positive attitude and motivation to learn! 

We encourage students to bring their own lunch from home. We will provide a morning and afternoon snack during the camp. 

Absolutely! The only thing that cannot be refunded is the $25 credit card processing fee, if paying with a credit card. As long as you make contact with us and we confirm your cancellation at least 12 days prior to the camp, you will get a refund. If you cancel less than 12 days prior to camp then you will receive a 50% refund. 

We have a few sponsors who may be able to help cover up some of the cost of attendance.

Then you will click on the MedEx Summer Camp 2026- REQUIRED FORMS to find all of the required student forms which should be completed at least 1 week before the start of camp! The 3 required forms cover student information, lunch/allergies acknowledgement, and the student conduct agreement. 

Absolutely! By sponsoring a student to attend our Medical Explorers Summer Conference, you're investing in the future of healthcare and empowering young minds to explore potential careers in the medical field. Your support will make a difference in the lives of these students and contribute to the growth of our community. 

We are also a non-profit organization so once your donation is received you will get a donation receipt with our EIN which can be used for tax-purposes.

Please email [email protected] at time of donation so we can make sure if we can follow any of your specific wishes regarding allocation of your donation and reply with your donation receipt.
